Warranty Fireplace Place provides a one-year limited labor warranty on all installation and service work performed by our technicians. This warranty begins on the date of job completion and covers defects in workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance. Manufacturer warranties apply to all eligible parts and materials and are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the respective manufacturers. This warranty does not cover: – Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect – Weather-related events or natural disasters – Lack of routine maintenance or failure to follow recommended care – Any repairs, alterations, or modifications not performed or authorized by Fireplace Place Claims under this warranty must be submitted in writing within the warranty period. Fireplace Place reserves the right to inspect the issue and determine if it qualifies for warranty service.
